Additionally, the coordinator manages the operating budget for the department and an instructional staff of over 200 full-time and part-time teachers. Achievements in the Role: clearly defining and implementing a student-centered, competency-based instructional model; increasing online enrollments; positively impacting student achievement in online learning; creating an ADDIE instructional design model for in-house online course development; strengthening relationships and partnerships with building leaders to collaborate on serving online students; developed a Remote Learning Instructional Model during COVID-19 school closures for the entire district.
