Monitor and evaluate project indicators for migrants and refugees, focusing on the following tasks:- Organize, systematize, and analyze data related to the project implementation process to provide accurate information on the progress of implementation.- Support ensuring that the project meets donor requirements, especially if they differ from the organization’s procedures.- Support in keeping physical and online project files updated and documents organized.- Assist in supervising evaluation consultancies.- Help teams organize data and prepare internal and donor quarterly reports.- Conduct focus groups or semi-structured interviews with project participants and support the development of internal evaluations.- Assist in drafting Terms of Reference for research, evaluations, and studies.- Administer tests with project participants.

- Conducting therapeutic support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), using psychotherapeutic approaches based on principles of Behavioral Psychology.- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized intervention programs aimed at improving the quality of life and social skills of children with ASD.- Collecting data and preparing reports to monitor progress and adjust therapeutic strategies.- Actively participating in clinical discussions, contributing to the continuous improvement of therapeutic practices.

Assisting students in the classroom; Managing: stock of handouts, attendance and absences, satisfaction, tardy students, retention, renewal, and dropout rates; Weekly computer and assembly/maintenance classes; Training new teachers; Creating graphics for social media promotion; Lead generation and updating; Managing the company’s website.
