Coordinated the first implementation of the TechExcel CRM solution in Brazil.Coordinated the translation effort and the first rounds of the localization process to transform "Pensión 2000"​, a Costa Rican vertical ERP for insurance and pension funds into "KiPREV", the current market leader in Brazil.Coordinated and participated in the execution of several enterprise software transitions including: Corporate e-mail from POP to Exchange 2003 and then to Google Apps; Oracle Database from 7 through 12c; Oracle Forms 6i to 9i and then to 10g and 11g; Oracle iAS to BEA Weblogic.
