General Assembly Launch Supervisor of 9 Trim Dept. launch specific team for the Grand Cherokee L (WL74), Grand Cherokee (WK), and Durango (WD) models. Rotation 2: Material Logistics ManagementAssembly Logistics Specialist - Jefferson North Assembly PlantJan 2 - Apr 26 2019- Created new Plan For Every Part (PFEP) to include information about all parts within the plant. - Worked with Logistics team to provide continuous improvement for route delivery and over/under delivered parts.- Created new best practice in plant for label and sign creation and display for all bulk routes. Rotation 3: Powertrain-Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Specialist - Mack Engine (MEP)/Trenton Engine (TNEP)Apr 29 - Aug 30 2019Supported build out at Mack Engine, building bank of blocks, heads and, camshafts for Dundee and Trenton Engine Plants. - Assessed 200+ machining operations and conveyors from an Autonomous Maintenance and lack of basic condition perspective at TNEP.- Supported knowledge transfer from MEP Plant to TNEP including all relevant documentation and board review material. - Coached and supported AM material to all Unit Leaders and Business Unit Leaders - Machine classification, Maintenance Theory, AM Steps 0-3, and Tagging. In addition, all TL's and Operators were coached in AM Steps 1-3 and Tagging. - Brought AM Model machine - Op10.1 the machine with the highest losses/breakdowns due to lack of basic conditions - from AM Step 0 to Step 2.

Rotation 4: ProductionDoor Line Production Supervisor - Jefferson North Assembly Plant (JNAP)Sep 1 - Dec 31 2019- Responsible for overseeing 50-60 team members in the assembly of the front and rear doors for Grand Cherokee and Durango models. - Ensured a safe environment by maintaining safety standards and doing weekly management safety audits ensuring Team Leaders performed weekly safety audits as well.- Ensured proper quality through line-side audits and downstream checks. Main projects included working with continuous quality improvement issues for the 2019 Cherokee Mid-Cycle-Action. I was able to gain insight on the attention to detail put into our vehicles working with JD Power employees on an Internal audit and got an idea of the problems solving and decision making process while working with multiple engineering groups in order to solve issues during testing at Roush.I handled a lot of data pertainig to the 2017-2019 Cherokee for continuous imporovement oppertunities. Much of the data was from JD Power. The analytics included creating correlations from JD Power Data, to FCA’s internal database in order to more accuratly predict future JDP scoring based on customer needs/wants.

I was able to help develop a new methodology for creating a test that correlates Engine Dyno accelerated mileage testing and real-world customer use mileage testing for individual engine components. Other responsibilities included creating a matrix for oil change intervals for all of the engine models in the current fleet. This matrix was used for all of Quality. I also evaluated simulation results for multiple testing schedules to verify a newly created duty cycle
