Speed Development for teens adolescent kids.Major Achievements of Coaching:- Coached 2 International from Ghana and Nigeria multiple World Championships and Olympic Games in the 100m and 200m- Coached Tramesha Hardy to Top 3 finishes in her first international competition 50m and 60m. Later that 2019 season to the semifinals in the USATF Indoor Championships. - Coached multiple athletes to qualifying for the USATF Indoor and Outdoor Championships - Coached High school hurdler Justin Young to be the 2017 Texas 5A 110mH and 300mH Champion and New PR’s of 13.68 & 36.90. Also PR’ed in the 60mH at 7.76-Coached Collegiate sprinter Johnathan Smith to the 2012 ODAC 60m Champion and a 2nd place finish in the 200m. Johnathan also finished 2nd at the 2012 NCAA Division III 60m at 6.80. He lowered his PR in the 2011-2012 season as follows: 60m: 7.00-6.76 / 100m: 10.77-10.51 / 200m: 21.64-20.96-Coached USA sprinter LaShawn Butler to a 2013 USATF Outdoor Championship berth and a season PR 21.31 to 20.50.-Coached 8 year old Jianna Hamilton to 5 All-American awards in the 100m 200m & 400m. Coached her to multiple PR’s in 2 seasons.
