I am a former professional athlete with 13 years of coaching experience and counting. During my track and field coaching career I have managed to achieve many goals. I have managed to improve a struggling high school track and field program to respectable prominence, and trained open and elite sprinters to faster times in their events. I have also built great relationships with those athletes, being able to work independently with the athlete to improve their performance by visual analysis.
