I did this via preaching/presenting, leading training and giving advice to equip churches and para-church organisation to engage people with sight loss.SLFC was launched in April 2019 and was a “work in progress” when I arrived. My brief was to use my sales/evangelism experience with a church leadership mindset to clarify the process of signing up and serving local churches that took up the challenge.
