I coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and work closely with executive leadership and program sponsors to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion. I help add value to standard ETL activities by supporting and advising on data strategy, data quality and data management/governance--all of which have wider-ranging data integrity implications beyond the standard scope of a one-time ETL. My teams ensure that data security remains at the highest priority throughout all data initiatives.Collectively, these responsibilities help shift data related deliverables away from being wholly client-owned. Premier's teams gather data requirements and enact the translations as part of programmatic predictable, repeatable and auditable processes. I provide transparency via data requirement documentation, transformations and any additional reporting so client resources can focus on the broader, long-term solution design and change management.Over my decade plus at Premier, I've worked with both private sector (manufacturing, healthcare, education) and public sector (cities, counties, state governments) clients, on-prem and cloud-based solutions and numerous vendors and systems integrators.
