Design and Management

Brand research and product development and design across 5 catalogs responsible for hundreds of thousands of dollars a year is my primary charter. I also assist the publication team and photographer with more complex design and photo editing tasks.

Leading and mentoring a team of 6 designers in publication and product development that carried across LA product staples as well as new product sales to retail giants like Walmart, Target and Michaels. Director of photography for all publications and products to improve brand consistency and standards was also key to my time here.

Little Rock, Arkansas Area

I was Director of photography for a number of magazines which included Addy award wining covers. My concept design, layout and illustrations for ATA Magazine was key in landing the $300k annual contract bid from the ATA organization. The product was later nominated for multiple Addy Awards in overall design. I also helped in other sales efforts and was responsible for most of the custom publication revenue each year.

Leading the company launch from concept and design of both identity as well as launching the website and providing advertising concept and design was my initial role. I was also heavily involved in much of the retail space concept and design. Over-site of all advertising and product photography as well as designing all promotional materials and products became my primary day to day.

My support in sales efforts and business development, with concept and design, was crucial providing brand identity, reel art and packaging, demo menus and advertising as well as designing and launching websites for the multiple company platforms.
