Assistant Director serving individuals in the Housing First Model of Service Responsible for working with the Division Director in developing and implementing the strategic plan of the Neighbor’s First Program to include establishing new services and ensuring growth of the programs in accordance with the strategic plan. Participate in interviewing, hiring, promotion, firing and layoff decisions in coordination with Division Director and Human Resources. Conduct individual and group supervision of nine case managers and keep Division Director apprised of any immediate emergencies, crises, or mandated reporting situations. Review electronic case files to verify that they are informative and descriptive of the evidenced based practices being implemented, that files reflect the consumer’s response to the intervention, and that interventions are in accordance with the consumer’s wishes.
