 I am currently responsible for the Microwave portion of the Sprint New Vision/Leapfrog Project (3G/4G Rollout) Nationally. I am responsible for developing a team of Engineers and Project managers with full accountability for the success or failure of the program.  In my current roll my team and I have responsibility for the creation of all Desktop to Final market Design documents, and then the successful communication to the Sprint executive team.  Vendor management for ‘line of site’ Surveys, Frequency coordination, and product installation. Full accountability for scheduling to a very aggressive timeline and driving the various cross functional organizations to that schedule. Responsible for Logistics, all BOM creations, building materials forecasting, shipping and receiving. Responsibility for coordination with SIOP (Site Development) teams. Coordinate all construction activities including site surveys, invitation to bid, bid walks, negotiations, materials requisitions, construction start, and vendor management.

 I was responsible for handling the 4G HSPA+ Program for the entire West Region. I was responsible for making sure all elements of the Project are completed to a very aggressive timeline while staying on budget. I had to negotiate with the LEC on delivery dates and quantities to pull in their timelines to meet mine. I was responsible for 17 project managers and 2 coordinators. insure it is installed properly, and all construction is complete to the exacting specifications as well as timelines. Negotiate with AAVs to insure T-Mobile's Priorities were at the top of their list to insure successful deployment on time, and all contractual obligations are met. I had full responsibility all Ethernet Vendors for both Core and Access backhauls. I was responsible for the national deployment for all Alcatel T2000 call servers. Responsible for prioritizing and negotiating the deployment schedule with each region. Took on all of the 3G UMTS Core and RNC deployment for the entire West Region. I was responsible for setting up the Market Project Managers with the needed tools and organization to successfully deploy the 3G Core elements in their markets.  Took on additional project responsibilities around budgeting, & scheduling to ensure that all teams were addressing project deliverables in the most cost effective way while prioritizing a zero customer impact. Was brought in to lead vendor negotiations to interact with each equipment vendor to bring the program back on track. Worked on network plan, schedules, budget, and design engineering with all pertinent teams to ensure integration plans are implemented. Proven ability to utilize existing management tools and best practices to stay ahead of changes in scope or technology. Developed control measures I was instrumental in setting up and developing a strong capable PMO Organization. Setting the foundation for processes and procedures and standardization around PEMBOK methodologies.

 Market Manager for 10 markets and was instrumental in developing procedures to help reduce the time for sites on air. Roles and responsibilities included budgeting, scheduling, negotiations, and market expansion.  Complete responsibility over Development and Construction activities Responsible for Site Acquisition, Leasing, Zoning, negotiations with city officials and anything Development related. Responsible for Logistics, all building materials forecasting, shipping and receiving. Responsible for Integration and Implementation cell site turn-up.  Manage test/installation activity with the local exchange carrier Coordinate all construction activities including site surveys, invitation to bid, bid walks, negotiations, materials requisitions, construction start, and vendor management. Direct field coordinators in facilities sign off for approval and or comments.  Generate project reports/analysis for executive management, cost engineering, general project controls, project planning, for-casting, scheduling, and business development.  Effectively hire, train, motivate, and supervised technical and support staff at all levels; encouraging new ideas and cultivate a creative team atmosphere to attract and retain quality staff. I Had leadership and management responsibilities for as many as 50 individuals at one time

 Responsible for managing 9 field techs and 4 switch techs implementing and testing all 3G equipment in the switch and at cell tower.  Worked to integrate Nokia Node Bs,  Provisioned microwave sites both feeder and recipient; Worked to provision and option Western Lynx microwave, also Harris, Alcatel MDR4000, MDR5000,MDR6000,MDR8000,  Test meters are primarily T-BERD, and Fluke. Testing from DS0, DS1, DS3, and OC12 level.

 I worked with all levels of Hi-Capacity data and voice transfer from DS-0 to OC-12.  Installed and maintained, NORTEL OC-3, NORTEL OC-12, LUCENT SLC-2000, LUCENT DDMOA OFFICE REPEATER SHELVES, ADC SONEPLEX SHELVES, T1R1 T1-SPANS, HDSL, HDSL-2, All NIU, and various other equipment.

 I was responsible for implementing and trouble-shooting all circuits, DS-1 and DS-3. I worked with outside techs and Central Office techs to install circuits. I tested for defects and other maintenance problems via remote and local access. I was responsible for customer contact for acceptance of all circuits.

 Worked in all aspects of implementing, testing and verification of linear and ring system fiber optic spans. Prepared and completed all fusion and connection splicing of all fiber optic cabling, Installed and tested Nortel OC-12, OC-48, and OC-192 Transmissions LTE/ADMs.  I worked on all aspects of PMD-testing. Performed BER testing and all software downloads to new Transmission equipment. I assisted in low speed fiber optic cable splicing

 I supported contracting crews in test and turn-up of new OC-48, OC-192, and Nortel LTE/ADMs. Assisted in all implementation and testing verification of new transmission equipment.  Preformed PMD testing and software downloads to new transmission equipment.
