Servant leader managing multiple distributed development teams. Over a 6 month period we took a proof of concept into a production ready MVP. My position is comprised of multiple responsibilities including technical lead, scrum master, and project management. I am responsible for the day to day operations and deliverables of the development teams as well as providing mentoring and training to team leads and members. As my schedule allows I am also pair programming and mentoring developers as well as assisting with development tasks as needed. I communicate with various teams on a day-to-day basis such as QA/QC, UI/UX, requirements, and our production support team to perform activities such as backlog refinement, sprint negotiations, and to communicate the overall status of the project.I have also worked closely with the development team and senior management to foster increased communication and transparency across the project and specifically between teams. One way of doing this was to integrate the entire project into the software development scrum process. Another was by setting up a UI review process using tools like Chromatic to allow designers and developers to communicate in real-time.

Mentor and lead a development team in completing a mixture of new features and bug fixes during a 2 week development cycle. This team was made up of all junior level developers making mentoring and time-management 2 key factors to succeeding in this role. After 3 months in this role, my team saw a 100% increase in productivity and engagement with the project.

Senior developer on a front-end angular team working closely with a separate API and database team building out new features to create a working PoC. I was completing all assigned work and more each sprint, worked with the other front end developers to define standards and best practices, mentored junior developers, and was an advocate for process improvement and code quality.
