-Provide administrative and operational support to the Event Operations Department by collaborating with all Raiders internal departments to advance the mission of the Raiders organization.-Coordinate with various teammates on multiple projects concurrently.-Track expenses of each event and prepare cost evaluations and availabilities of vendors.-Prepare detailed load-in/out schedules and maps for vendors, serve as the onsite point of contact, and manage the load-in/out process until complete.-Plan and create event timelines, work schedules, job assignments, and expectations for the Raiders Ambassador staff for select events.-Manage the storage and upkeep of equipment at offsite storage locations, while maintaining the functionality of such equipment and vendor-provided services.-Serve as a representative on behalf of the Raiders during conference calls, site visits, and production meetings when needed.

-Warmly welcome and guided guests throughout Allegiant Stadium and Training Camp events- Provide detailed instructions and reports for Raiders Foundation equipment preparation and transportation- Provided quality assistance to various departments within the organization such as Events Operations, Youth Football, Alumni Relations, and the Raiders Foundation-Assisted in the coordination of VIP, Alumni, and Community Relations events-Lead fellow Ambassadors during Raiders Junior Training Camps, Foundation Equipment shifts and offsite storage inventory shifts- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by engaging with guests through various programs and events
