Work Description :• Handles for whole Malaysia covering up to 100+ SKUs for 23 different Brands as an Individual Performer role.• Manages the total Net Sales for the year with Controlling (Distributor Country Model).• Oversee the Sales and Operations Meeting (S&OP) to finalize the Forecast to be used in calculation of future shipment planning. • Input and adjust System Ordering (SAP) to reflect the changes to shipments required and resolve any shipment issues that arise with Production Plant and Regional/Corporate colleagues. • Manages RA Team on timelines and workflows required for Packaging/Artwork after HA approval. • Manages the Distributor, DKSH for all matters related - Stocks, Arrival and Forwarding, Quality, Write Off and Destructions, Delivery to Customers, and Finance Billings.• Supports Sales Team on Quotations Management.• Supports Finance Team on Distributor CN/DN processing.• Management of other Reporting Systems (Futurcast).Achievements :• Improved attendance and implemented new reporting system (Futurcast) for S&OP Meeting.• Reduce occurrence of Out of Stocks situation by 64% FY18 (12) vs FY17 (33).• Audited by Regional Audit Team on Local Quality Assurance and Supply Chain without any findings.• Hosted and organized the Launch and Introduction to Quality Culture within Country (Global Initiative)• Successfully managed Net Sales vs Budget within 2% variance for both FY17 and FY18.
