I have been working for 15 years with different experiences in Animal Feed, FMCG and Healthcare Industries. In FMCG and Healthcare industries, I was with both Distributor and Supplier companies as well. Now I am the Supply Chain Manager for Sysmex Malaysia, a Medical Device Company based in Japan. I'm overseeing 5 staffs, 3 managing customer service, 1 managing procurement, 1 managing warehouse. I mainly manage order processing, customer service, replenishment, procurement, demand/supply, inventory, warehousing and auditing for Supply Chain function across Malaysia. I report to Head of Finance. Before this, I was the Demand Planning and Customer Representative Manager for Cargill Feed Nutrition Malaysia, an Animal Feed Company based in United States. I handle Demand and Supply Planning and Customer Service matters for Malaysia covering up 4 different Plants. My role is a Manager role with 8 downline and reporting to Head of Supply Chain. Before that, I was the Demand Planning and Logistics Manager for Boehringer Ingelheim, a Pharmaceutical Company based in Germany. I handle Supply Chain for Malaysia covering up to 100+ SKUs for 23 different Brands. My role is an Individual Performer role reporting to Head of Finance. Before that, I was with DKSH Malaysia Healthcare, a Distributor for 3 years. My position was the Client Management Assistant Manager and was handling 6 Clients, Roche Pharma, Hoe Pharma, Nova Nutritional, Colgate Dental, Cheplapharm, and Alexion. I was also overseeing 1 Executive who assist in managing 3 Clients, Hoe Pharma, Nova Nutritional and Colgate Dental. Before that, I was with Guinness Anchor Berhad (now known as Heineken) for 2 years. I was the Demand Planning Executive for Malaysia covering up to 30+ SKUs for 8 different Brands and reported to the Demand Planning and VMI Manager. My first job was a Management Trainee in DKSH Malaysia FMCG for 1 year tasked with assisting the management of Beiersdorf (Nivea, Eucerin and Hansaplast), and was later given a permanent position as Supply Chain Executive in DKSH Malaysia FMCG for 2 years. I was promoted to Senior Executive within a year. I reported to the Supply Chain Manager. I would like to see myself learn more experiences within Supply Chain and one day be able to manage the Head of Department role.
