• Leading client Consumer, Corporate and FI segment groups, sales channels, technology resources on a digital strategy to expand the distribution of treasury products and services online for the purpose of enhancing business efficiency and building new profitable electronic sales for the group regionally• Regional coordination with country FX Sales teams on client eFX opportunities (API) as well as eFX sales growth on retail and corporate online channels.• Forging strategic partnerships with Fintechs and non-bank FI clients on eFX API and cash management solutions in trading and cross-border payment solutioning space• Fully adept with end to end project development life cycle including project initiation, workflow design, business requirement documentation, IT vendor engagement, proof of concept development, request for proposal evaluation, procurement management, project approval, contract negotiation, change request, testing, implementation and user training/support.• Collaboration with Sales and Trading as business analyst to design “business intelligence” workflow tools based on big data for improvement of sales efficiency, operational excellence and customer experience• Working with IT Risk/Security, compliance and business continuity teams to ensure full compliance to MAS IBTRM guidelines for hosting and outsourcing of treasury risk management, back office and trading systems

• Global role accountable for generation and distribution of electronic FX pricing to proprietary and external customers/platforms. • Liquidity Management of clients with specific needs for pricing streams according to trading profiles and volumes• Collaboration with trading, sales and development teams to onboard new currencies and products globally.• Implement new innovative controls and risk management functionality to better generate, manage and support competitive pricing .• Working with eCommerce sales force to manage clients business with regard to flow profitability and product opportunities to maximize returns and volume growth. • Forging external partnerships with banks, ECNs and exchanges to further distribute our liquidity electronically.• Ensure end to end delivery of clients experience from onboarding to pricing continuity, execution and post-deal investigations.
