Project Manager/ Training Developer/ Cbrne Instructor
1. Present formal classroom and field instruction on medical threats and protection from chemical, biological agents and medical CBRN defense. 2. Review current doctrine and draft doctrine publications, and global events and trend pertaining to CBRN threats and defensive measures. 3. Prepare AMEDD personnel to support initiatives by delivering updated material to reflect current CBRN threats and defense measure information. 4. Supports DOD directives and doctrine providing up-to-date instruction pertaining to CBRN agents. 5. Prepare, review and edit medical threats and protection from radiological, chemical and biological agents and CBRN related doctrine, lesson plans, training material, POI, SEPs and CADs. 6. Develop an interactive distributive based learning for medical personnel. 7. Refine collective, leader and individual tasks for fixed installation ARMY MTFs. 8. Review and analyze medical CBRNE related studies, doctrine, training and evaluate methods (individual, unit and institutional) that are in effect or planned. 9. Develop virtual and constructive training and evaluation exercises that are scenario-driven and replicate real-world MTF operations.
Armed Security Officer
1. To deter, detect, detain, and mitigate, by use of necessary force, persons suspected of committing offenses such as drunk driving, improper transport of drugs, explosive materials or weapons, and trespassers or persons who illegally gain or attempt to gain access to military bases. Such personnel will be detained until Officers are able to turn them over to law enforcement authorities. 2. Maintained control of personnel, and vehicles entering the installation in accordance with the local installation plans, policies, and post limitations. 3. Controlled all personnel and vehicles departing the installation in accordance with local installation plans and policies. Entry control requirements will vary according to Force Protection Conditions (FPCON). 4. Ensured vehicles display valid installation vehicle registration decals (DD Form 2220) or Visitor Pass (AF Form 75). 5. Performed checks of individual identification. 6. Performed inspections of privately owned and commercial vehicles. 7. Issued Visitor Passes at assigned gates. 8. Directed traffic at gates. 9. Perform emergency procedures for gate closure. 10. Detained unauthorized individual(s) attempting to illegally gain access. 11. Inspected all commercial vehicles to ensure no unauthorized vehicles, personnel, or materials enter the installation. Conducted inspections in a safe manner while maintaining control of all personnel and vehicles during inspection. 12. Conducted inspections of commercial vehicles at the designated vehicle inspection point in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force Guidelines, and local procedures. Inspections include the interior of the vehicle cab, bed/box, trunk, trailer, under the hood, and underside of the vehicle.
