As an MSP, we work on everything from cloud virtualization to disaster recovery. I am the primary technician responsible for resolving cases that require field service. I worked for 5 years as an independent consultant solving the technology needs of the Asheville community, where I specialized in teaching self-sufficiency to those who have a minimal understanding of technology. At Target Corporation, I was responsible for managing and training a team to ensure the success of all Fulfillment operations.
