In my 4 years at UNC Asheville, I gained a strong understanding of software engineering, network and database management, and it solutions.I am currently working towards my Network+ and Security+ certifications.I work as a Helpdesk Technician at STM IT Solutions in Concord, North Carolina. As an MSP, we work on everything from cloud virtualization to disaster recovery. I am the primary technician responsible for resolving cases that require field service. I worked for 5 years as an independent consultant solving the technology needs of the Asheville community, where I specialized in teaching self-sufficiency to those who have a minimal understanding of technology. At Target Corporation, I was responsible for managing and training a team to ensure the success of all Fulfillment operations.
