• Maintain clinical records as designated by policies and procedures such as, but not limited to; documentation of assigned training classes, physical observation, significant observation notes, and any behavioral.
• Provide guidance and security to ensure the health and safety of all individuals. Report suspected abuse & neglect to supervisor immediately (within one hour).
• Provide input to individual program planning for assigned individuals. Train/instruct individuals under the training system, including supervision of Individuals.
• Provide transportation to individuals as required.
• Supervise individuals in recreational activities both on campus and off campus.
• Responsible to contact appropriate administrative staff in case of an emergency.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate reporting employees within the store.
• Ensure quality customer service at all times.
• Communicate with distribution center to ensure all deliveries are at high quality and executed for performance standards.
• Manage distribution of goods in the donation environment to promote sales to the highest abilities.

• Provide strong leadership skills and model appropriate staff compliance at all times.

I was responsible for the following but not limited to:- Open and closing store procedures and cash drawer/deposits.- Interview, hiring, training, disciplinary action and termination of up to 20 plus employees as needed.- Sales and floor set of each department areas including all sports equipment, shoes, guns, and apparel.- Inventory and shipment.
