Work in a Windows environment using word processing, spreadsheets, email and the internet to research and evaluate case information and resolve complex issues.Maintain and improve knowledge of policies, procedures and skills through participation in conferences, team meetings, departmental training, computer based training and the DOR on-line manual.Interact with customers and partners to obtain and validate case information, answer customers questions, and address changes in customers circumstances or change in child support terms. Gather information to resolve outstanding enforcement activities by negotiating improved financial and/or medical compliance in accordance to policy and procedure.Work multiple tasks to determine if orders need to be modified, to enforce medical support orders and to enforce income with holding orders.Operate an automated management computer system to update and maintain Child Support Program case information.

Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff.Provides assistance, training and troubleshooting support to lower level staff.Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.All other duties as assigned.- Outstanding world class customer service
