CurrentI transitioned to and took over the HR department at Cadence Group, fully in charge of both onboarding and offboarding employees as well as assisting employees with any internal needs, company legal matters, healthcare, 401k, and any other HR tasks.In addition to everyday paperwork and recruiting, I have been in charge of entire recruitment projects from beginning to end. This involved processing applications, searching for viable candidates online and through our resources, screening candidates over the phone and evaluating skill sets, checking references, and setting up interviews. I additionally handle all manner of jobs, such as writing and editing proposals. I wrote the majority of the PR and blog posts, and also run the LinkedIn and Twitter pages for the company. Furthermore, I have attended and assisted at conferences, both for the writing of articles and at a round table event.
