Provide supervision and coordination of the work activities of E&I craft personnel. Establish work priorities for team members. Continually seek to improve the plant's availability and reliability. Provide coaching through performance management for each member of the crew seeking to develop the employees' skills for future opportunities. Participate as an on-call supervisor on a regular basis. Provide input to the Maintenance Manager on potential work method or organizational improvements that would contribute to the success of the Maintenance function. Lead the maintenance, repair and evaluation of all plant control and electrical systems; train and coach personnel working on E&I equipment; coordinate with others to schedule E&I work ensuring that materials and equipment are available, personnel are scheduled and clearance with other work groups have been made. Ensures that regulatory requirements and budget goals are met.
