Directed and supervised explorative projects with support of management and engineering team leads, to design, implement and analyze drilling performance and efficiencies. Designed, implemented, and maintained the company wide Spill Prevention Containment & Countermeasure plan and protocol across all integrated services. Developed the training modules, inspection criteria, petroleum storage database and tracking system for all aboveground tanks, transfer points, and petroleum handling production sites. Operational support team lead in bottom-hole assembly (BHA) performance optimization and drilling fatigue and stress analysis. Coordinated with the water transfer and logistics departments to deliver water volumes sufficiently and efficiently to surrounding operations.
