After many years managing/advising companies with property/pub/club portfolios, I joined Numerica, an accountancy and insolvency firm that had been built from the acquisition of several smaller practices, to help develop their specialised personal insolvency department.In 2005, I left with a senior member of the organisation to set up NancollasGreer, a boutique practice specialising in IVA and Bankruptcy advice, in Worthing, West Sussex.In 2013, shortly after the sad and sudden passing of my good friend and business partner at NancollasGreer, I decided I would rather not continue the practice alone and was delighted to be invited to join the excellent BM Advisory team in their Worthing office as Head of Personal Insolvency. I am responsible for the day to day management of personal insolvency cases and specialise in Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). I advise clients on all personal insolvency solutions including IVAs, Bankruptcy and Debt Relief Orders.In February 2022 BM Advisory merged with Moorfields. The new combined team of 43, including seven partners and four directors, provide a varied team with extensive experience and a solid track record in insolvency work.
