During FPSO Cidade de Ilhabela shipyard phase, I spent time reviewing operations manuals and investigating possible plant design defects, also implementing material to training the lesser experienced techs. Got opportunity to be in touch with vendors of all plant packages and also attend his operational courses. At current moment the FPSO is in field with oil and gas plant commissioning phase ongoing. All this process gave to me the opportunity to increase my professional background and skills.

Prepare Integrated Process Systems For Remote Control Operation:Operation al function of integrated process control (SCADA, DCS);Interpretation of drawings. (P&IDs, PFDs, Vendor, Cause and effects etc).Remotely Control Integrated Process Systems:Operation of instrumentation, including process logic and control;Appropriate action to critical situations (to include quick shutdown, return process with safe parameters, operate standby equipment).Contribute to Control of Emergencies And Critical Situations:Methods and limitations of depressurization/pressurization, blowdown, temperature, relief systems, drains flares and vents;Properties & hazards of purging (water/diesel/air/nitrogen/CO2 etc).Monitor And Maintain Pollution Control Measures:Pollution incident response procedures;Personal emergency response role;Function and Operation of ESD and F&G control systems.Emergency Response Role.
