Military Police Investigator
CurrentMilitary Police Investigators are Federal law enforcement officers of the United States Army Military Police Corps that investigate misdemeanor and Title 18 U.S.C. Military Police Investigators are tasked with ensuring those that bring discredit upon the Armed Forces are ethically brought to Justice for due process. Areas of Expertise:Federal Rules of Evidence, Military Rules of Evidence, Crime Scene Processing, Child Crime Investigations, Arson, Interview/Interrogation techniques, Domestic Violence Intervention, Undercover Operations, and Digital Forensics. Experience:•1 year of participating in planning, leading, organizing, briefing, and conducting criminal investigations. Coordinating with local, foreign, and other DOD law enforcement agencies with criminal investigations. • Over 2 years of being the lead investigator: planning, leading, organizing, briefing, and conducting criminal investigations. Coordinating with local, foreign, and other DOD law enforcement agencies with criminal investigations. Drafting legal reviews and coordinating with Judge Advocate General Corps and the Department of Justice for prosecution.
