Senior ROTC program manager for 120 cadets from 12 colleges and universities. Responsible for coordinating facilities and equipment to ensure all events were conducted on-time with minimal impact on cadet class schedules. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment valued at $250,000. Supervised leadership training events on a weekly basis and ensured all personnel records were up-to-date and properly stored and filed.

Responsible for the supervision, training, health, morale and welfare of 40 personnel. Advised the platoon leader on all technology and the maintenance of four Bradley Fighting Vehicles valued in excess of $16 million.
