Plan and coordinate military support to Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement to reduce the illicit drug threat locally and regionally when needed. Serve as Joint Substance Abuse Program Officer responsible for drug testing and drug positive reporting for approximately 10,000 military personnel.

Coordination of all request for military support to Civil Authorities throughout the State of Arkansas and the facilitation of support to all States in FEMA Region 6. Responsible for Intrastate & Interstate coordination with Local, State, and Federal Partners to support RSOI pre and post severe weather events and potential New Madrid earthquake event. Manage Personnel and resourses to include a 24/7 Operations center.

Coordinated with State and Federal authorities to facilitate information sharing and continuous operations during real world WMD response missions and training exercises.

Coordinated with FORSCOM, ARNORTH, Mobilization stations and National Guard Bureau to deploy and redeploy more than 3300 Arkansas National Guard Service Members. Conducted readiness and mobilization exercises to test organizational and unit deployable status.Manage fiscal asets and allocate resources based on mobilization/demobilization status of military units.

Coordinated with Federal, State and Local agencies as needed to ensure operational effectiveness during tactical and non-tactical operations. Prepared and implemented Force Protection procedures with Law Enforcement agencies to ensure uninterrupted tactical operations.Deploy advanced party and perform Liaison duties with the Incident CDR during tactical missions. Prepare and submit training plans and policies to support unit an dorganizational goals and objectives.Implemented phased training requirements that proved instrumental in the team gaining initial certification to perform CONUS WMD CBRNresponse missions.
