As a demand planner I was responsible for:• Forecasting stock for the business’ sales staff to meet customer requirements and needs. • Processing orders through the company’s operating system and meet customers’ expectations on deliveries and updating the system when I receive any relevant information. • Liaising with suppliers to ensure stock will arrive on time while ensuring that important information such as pricing, part numbers and expected or confirmed delivery dates are updated regularly. I also manage and analyse stock and sales information and company/supplier performance.During my time as an employee at Brightstar, I was offered the opportunity to take on a number of different roles at the company. While working as part of the online sales team my main responsibilities were: Dealing with individual customers and having the relevant knowledge to be able to recommend what products they need based on their requirements. I then went on to be an account manager for both UK and International sales controlling numerous customer accounts. My requirements for these roles were: Building a business relationship and making sure that stock was ordered to meet the customers’ requirements and delivered to them on time whilst achieving any targets that were set for me by the business.
