Twenty years of loyal 5* customer service experience within a private health Club.My job duties;Opening or closing Gymnasium building, liaising or communicating with gym daily, teaching exercise classes within gymnasium, fitness training (1-2-1), Inductions, Fitness testing, stocktaking of gym equipment, cctv monitoring, report write ups, lost property logging, being helpful and offering friendly guidance on posture/exercise techniques and constructing 'Open Day' themes once a year.I have since been back to college as a mature student to improve my IT knowledge and understanding by enrolling onto a City and Guilds 3months intensive course, which l passed. Also 18 months of Volunteer work completed, working in my local community centre for the elderly as a tele-befriender, parcel deliveries and once -a-month 'fish & chips' luncheons ( set up, serve food and meet and greet). Most rewarding on many levels, especially my Empathy awareness and telephone etiquette.Currently looking for a new career appointment outside of exercise management. l am a strong team player, good listener, analytical in mind, excellent attention to detail, punctual, focused, trustworthy, can do attitude, initiative when needed and well mannered to All people.
