Having started out in directory publishing under the prestigious Yellow Pages name, I was given the opportunity to learn from the best managers in the sales and customer service fields. This created a passion for customer service where I was able to achieve numerous awards. Since then I've been involved in advertising where I once again learned valuable lessons from the best managing directors, that not only taught me how to develop my career but on how to develop my life as well. Thereafter, I moved on to a whole new environment and found myself in the Regulatory News Sevice operations team at The London Stock Exchange Group. With over 17 years of customer service experience overall, I still hold the lessons I learned from my peers and continue to strive to give my best using day-to-day practical examples to further improve the quality of service I give my customers and to reach newer heights.
