• Assist with design, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and disaster recovery planning for Enterprise level Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment. 100+ Servers, 60,000 + users on Classified and Unclassified networks. • Support, maintain and administer third party applications (Symantec Enterprise Vault, Office Classification Tool, Blackberry Enterprise Software etc…) • Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of Exchange Server 2010 resources.• Provide a point of escalation and support to Tier 2 Exchange Operations Team. • Assist with troubleshooting of mail routing, user experience issues, and other Enterprise Exchange 2010 outages• Setup and administrator and service accounts, maintain system documentation, tune system performance, install system wide software and allocate mass storage space for all Exchange servers

• Migration of e-mail accounts from the legacy Exchange systems to the Exchange 2010 environment. • Assist with design, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and disaster recovery planning for Enterprise level Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment. 100+ Servers, 60,000 + users on Classified and Unclassified networks. • Work as a technical resource on assigned projects. • Support, maintain and administer third party applications (Symantec Enterprise Vault, Office Classification Tool, Blackberry Enterprise Software etc…) • Perform general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment.• Provide a point of escalation and support to Tier 2 Exchange Operations Team. • Support a multi-site Microsoft Exchange 2010 organization in order to meet and maintain appropriate service levels. • Assist with troubleshooting of mail routing, user experience issues, and other Enterprise Exchange 2010 outages

• Maintains and provides complex technical support, testing and troubleshooting for the server infrastructure, including all hardware and software for the network operations center. • Assists with configuration and design of MOM 2005 & SolarWinds enterprise network monitoring solutions • Generates shift report, metrics, and outage notifications for release to the user community • Monitors network operations for anomalies associated with hardware failure, security, or LAN/WAN links or connections• Implement Security Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) patches and updates for Windows 2003 via Update Expert and Shavlik and Windows 2000 servers;Aid high-visibility customers with use of e-mail, VPN, or other Enterprise services in 24X7 environment• Monitoring messaging infrastructure; Monitor SAN connectivity• Administer Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.0/5.0. (User moves, activations, changes). Troubleshoot potential issues with BES server and provide general troubleshooting of handheld devices in person and via phone.• Research emerging technologies that are applicable to users and work with day shift engineers to implement enterprise wide projects• Provide after hours IA support for user data spills (disable user BB and Exchange accounts, perform exchange and file server clean up etc…)

• Serve as the Technical lead for the O&S Support Group; comprised of EXCH, AD, VM, Unix and SQL, and Netbackup Support• Retrieve archived e-mail in support of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests;• Maintain detailed documentation on configuration for Application Management server architecture; application packaging • Resolve trouble tickets relating to DNS, mail delivery, failure and SPAM issues• Update, track and manage requests using Remedy• Maintain/Update/Troubleshoot all Symantec Enterprise Vault Servers • Assist with user mailbox restores and file restores• Interface with Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC) program for IEC baseline upgrades• Maintaining Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) and support plans; and providing input for annual O&S budget.
