I am a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, a real estate appraisal expert, speaker, and author of Assessing My Value, and a board member of Forbes Home. With nearly 20 years in the industry, I bring a diverse background in real estate appraisal, property management, loan origination, and real estate investments. I also spent over a decade with Fannie Mae in their valuation department, where I developed valuable expertise in modernizing appraisal standards and have valued a property in every state in the US.In 2008, at 26, I launched my own appraisal firm, becoming one of the youngest professionals in the South to do so amid a challenging market. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of speaking at colleges and industry events, sharing insights on real estate valuation, business development, and financial literacy.
