I am an intern in the Endcaps division, on the merchandising side. I review and enter contracts that vendors submit to display endcaps and communicate with the purchasing team to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I have taken over all the duties of an analyst that is on break, and also continue to take advantage of all the opportunities granted to interns including presentations led by senior executives at Costco. In the last month of my internship I have trained a new contractor to help fulfill my duties while I finish my last year at school.

Over the summer I directed passengers and busses goin to and from cruise ships. I also oversaw the safety of the people in the lot making sure that there were no accidents, and communicated with the representatives from different cuisse ships to ensure that there was a constant flow of busses entering and leaving the lot without any major backups.

I helped many people who were moving into the droms connect to the internet for the first time, and assisted in troublshooting any problems.
