My experience in this field has developed my skills in using point-of-sales systems and cash handling. Along with that it helped me grow and work well with sales associates. My communication skills are crucial in this role as it is needed to assist customers with product information and resolving issues with colleagues or supervisors.

This role required planning and implementing pre-game preparations during hockey matches. Practices included teaching future generation hockey players relevant techniques, tactics and skills of the game. Thereafter, I would monitor and enhance players' performances during league games by giving crucial encouragement and constructive feedback.
