Business Leader with +25 years of experience of Customer Finance, Business Development, Strategy and Country Management for the Volvo Group.I started out my career with Volvo Financial Services and worked 10 years in various positions building the Volvo Group´s customer finance business in Eastern Europe. Beginning with credit controlling and thereafter assuming roles in Business Development, Country and Area Management. I gradually expanded my competencies from "hands on" financial risk analysis to strategy and cross cultural management with focus on CRM and target driven team work. Frequently traveling to, and living in, Eastern Europe, gave me a deep insight in how small and large corporations fail and succeed in new market economies.During more than 15 years I have been Managing Director and Country Manager for Volvo Group companies in the Balkans, Morocco, Peru, Central America, Southern Africa and currently in France. I am passionately driven by building engaged and cross-functional teams through clear strategy and a motivating vision.I am a strong believer in value driven organizations with a culture of social responsibility.
