In the past six years ending August 2013, I had the fortune to work with Microsoft Customer Services for the Swedish B2B/B2C market. Our daily goal was to provide information regarding Microsoft Software License Terms for all Microsoft product releases and throughout the software product’s life. We would also put great emphasis on presenting Microsoft’s latest solutions to ensure company´s would have the opportunity to maximize the management of their IT investments and strategically plan for a successful IT future. Having worked hands on with Microsoft Licensing brought new appreciation to the importance of having a secure and reliable It infrastructure and a greater understanding for the rapid growth in the software industry and its need to stay competitive. I was promoted in my second year and given a role as the Swedish team mentor handling customer complaints cases between our department and the Microsoft Customer & Partner Advocacy teams within Scandinavia though most commonly the requests and matters in relation to the Swedish market. The role also meant to provide monthly reporting on the team stats and to update Microsoft HQ of the most re-occurring issues/cases suggesting areas we believed could be improved in terms of common issues as well as any homepage errors and their information visible to the public eye. Last and most importantly the Mentor role meant to always be available to the other team members, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable with our daily routines and task at hand and ever so often take over communications when customers or team mates requested it.Overall, It was a good stage in life having worked along side a great team of individuals making most days a breeze.

Transfered to Sitel in Denmark where they had opened the new service center for Johnson Control Shell Project.

Assisted Shell Gas Station owners in Sweden with registering service tickets to various vendors dealing with faulty POS systems, In shop equipment, outdoor equipment and informing the fire department of accidents resulting in spillage and leakage from underground tank all in accordance set to individual contracts the gas station owner had agreed upon with Shell Corp & Johnsson & Controls.The job was far from exiting but did teach me to work quickly, accurately and to be organised since service could be included with some of the larger contracts Shell had with Owners.

I had the opportunity to work as a Night Audit with main responsibility to deal with Closing of business day administrative tasks as well as keeping up the service level during night.

After having completed 6 month internship I continued working as a full time employee for the Hotel until departing for College education in Australia.

Continued student internship with a five star Radisson SAS Hotel, today known as the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Brussels.Begun with the opportunity to learn by following the Chief Steward in daily tasks such as supervising and coordinating activities of pantry, storeroom, and non-cooking kitchen workers as well as understanding the purchase decisions process when investing in new kitchen supplies, and hotel equipment.The Chief Steward demonstrated how to go about the daily inspections in the kitchens, workrooms, storerooms and equipment for cleanliness and order. Scheduling and coordinating work of non-cooking kitchen and storeroom workers engaged in activities such as dishwashing, silver cleaning, and storage and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies. He put great emphasis to understand how to successfully manage the workers by having genuine respect for the individual and in time of unforeseen absenteeism the importance to accept that even managers must go outside their comfort zone and be ready to take on the role of non-cooking kitchen and storeroom workers. The Chief Steward taught me the key points to consider when troubleshooting with other Managers and catering departments concerning the hotels banquet arrangements for food service, equipment, and need of extra employees, hires and discharges employees and posts time and production records. Last challenge was to understand how to observe and evaluate employees performance to devise methods for improving efficiency and guard against theft and wastage by performing scheduled inventory checks of china, silverware, and glassware and also reporting any shortages and requisitions to replace faulty or tainted equipment. The remainder of the internship took place in the hotels "Bar Dessiné" working along side a 3-time world champion of Cocktail creations. It was interesting to say the least and brought a completely new dimension to state of the art service and professional bar practices.
