I have 25 years experience in the catering industry. Throughout that time I have been lucky to have worked in some of Northern Ireland's best hotels and restaurants. Some of the highlights of my career have been that I was the youngest Head Chef of The Clandeboye Lodge Hotel. During my time there we achieved group hotel of the year on 5 separate occasions. Whilst I was Head Chef in Grace Neills in Donaghadee; the oldest bar in Ireland, we achieved numerous top restaurant awards. From there I moved to the five star Hasting Culloden Estate & Spa as Head Chef. During the eight years that I worked in the Culloden I gained some invaluable experience working with some top UK chefs. From the Culloden I took up a Head Chef's position within the Mountcharles Group. Based in the Waterfront Hall in Belfast we provide conference & banqueting facilities as well as running a busy restaurant & street access cafe.
