I am the Chief Executive Officer of Change Inc., a mental, behavioral, and elder care service provider based out of Middletown. I joined the Change Inc team in 2013 as the business manager. Since that time, I have filled numerous roles within the company as an operational and financial leader. After 14 years of operation, Change Inc now serves over 200 clients throughout the state and has over 300 employees.My greatest professional accomplishment is having had a hand in the growth and development of our administrative leadership. Many of our employees have been with us for several years, of which I have either hired directly or supervised. Consistent investment in our people promotes positive change and advancements throughout our organization and community.I have been involved in community activities all my life. At our organization, it is important to me that we remain involved with agencies such as our local chambers of commerce, United Way, Autism Services & Resources Connecticut, and the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home, to name a few.
