Inbound/outbound calls to and from cable customers and assisted them with payments, equipment issues, account information, orders, cancellations, moves etc. Also worked escalated/Sup calls from customers with complaints, general problems and or questions.

Managed a team of 8 employees creating reports for day profits and deposits, also reporting losses, gains and any other reports needed; making sure store was running in a productive manner, making sure employee reviews, payroll, and other paperwork is completed; getting store ready for next shift and locking up if needed.
