Renaissance are a brand that specialise in individual events, festivals, singles, albums and compilations. From 1999 to 2010 I personally managed the record label, overseeing the release of over 150 music projects worldwide from A&R, signing and execution, through to conceptualisation and marketing across the entire mix, the distribution process / retail channels - be it high street, digital or export - and catalogue management.
