I am a passionate educator with over 30 years experience in a range of schools in Wales and England. I have been Headteacher at 3 different schools and have extensive leadership experience in Primary and SEN. I have specific skills in provision for disadvantaged and autistic learners.I have participated in a range of leadership programmes including NPQH and iNet Wales. I led the first implementation of the Key to Learning programme in a Welsh school, which was subsequently taken up by the Welsh Government. In England, I led the first ever implementation of the Outdoor Play and Learning programme, which is now runs in thousands of schools across the UK and abroad.I am passionate about child-centred learning, inclusive schools and distributed leadership. I also have extensive experience as a wildlife tour leader across Europe, Africa and the Caribbean.
