Whatever role you are looking to fill, you will deal with the same consultant - a single point of contact. Each consultant works with only a handful of clients, so can service you across the board in terms of disciplines and levels of positions recruited.We are client- and vacancy-focussed. Rather than spamming potential clients with candidates, we will take the time to get to know a client inside-out, meeting all decision-makers and assisting when there is a genuine business need.Once you identify a need, we use a tried and tested headhunting process to construct a shortlist of candidates who meet all of your relevant criteria. Here at Arnoldi & Partners we believe in taking the time to identify the best candidates for the job - who may well be content in their current roles - as opposed to purely those who happen to be actively-looking.
