I also train and mentor new and existing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. I have more than six years of experience as a Supervisor Welder at Arrowbuild & Civil Engineering Ltd, where I worked on various onsite and offsite projects, ranging from 2mm to 100mm steel thickness, using MIG/TIG and stick welding techniques. I am NVQ Level 4 advanced apprenticeship trained and have a level 1 IRATA rope technician certification, as well as a fork license and an over head crane (50T) training.In addition to my technical and leadership skills, I also have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for teaching. I am the owner of Woodside Fabrications and CpM Welding School, where I offer high-quality welding and fabrication services and courses to clients and students. I have a steady and loyal customer base, thanks to my excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. I also have a paramedic qualification, which reflects my commitment to health and safety.
