Human Resources Coordinator
Current- HRIS support including data entry and maintenance, report generation and manipulation, research and resolution of benefits questions, unemployment claim responses, and employment verification requests.
- Preparation of HR communication materials
- Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Conducts audits of various payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends any corrective action.
- Administer health and wellness benefits programs, which includes Health, Dental, FMLA, Short and Long-term disability, and 401k plan.
- Investigate and resolve employee payroll and timekeeping concerns.
