● Performed as Acting Supervisor, navigating different checkpoints to support our mission and process passengers● Provide input to supervisors and managers concerning a variety of human resources matters including, but not limited to, employee performance, promotions, reassignments, awards, etc.● Respond to breaches of security and emergency situations.● Train team members; monitor and report on the status and progress of work and representing the team in communications with the supervisor or manager for the purpose of obtaining resources (e.g., computer hardware and software, etc.).● Responsible for leading at least three full-performance level Transportation Security Officers (TSOs), and as assigned, trainee and apprentice level TSOs.● Assist with the delegation of workload balancing tasks among employees enabling timely delivery and completion of work, in addition to retrieving data from checkpoint equipment i.e. ATR and WTMD● Manage and track data call requests and send information to the Security Personnel Command Center.● Use Microsoft Excel to track the data of equipment, and to create checkpoint rotation daily.● Escort TSA personnel/contractors through the sterile area to conduct maintenance on equipment● Prepare and conduct weekly and monthly briefing reports to a team of Transportation Security Officers capturing key accomplishments, risks and threats.● Perform quality assurance checks supplies and equipment such as Explosive Detection Equipment, Advance Imaging Technology machine, Bottle Liquid Scanner, radios, and x-ray equipment● Respond to passengers and customers, when requested and provide customer service to angry passengers

● Acting Lead T.S.O. train to direct the security checkpoint while learning how to lead secure operations.● Implement security operation procedures in accordance with TSA objectives and directives in screening of all passengers, their pets and property thoroughly.● Record numeric throughput of both checkpoints and baggage pods status and progress of work.● Lead assignments and rotations on both checkpoint and baggage areas.● Respond to breaches of security and emergency situations to assist with investigations of incidents, and documents that effectively communicate required information for security purposes.● Coach new hire officers while representing the team in communications with the supervisors and managers for the purpose of obtaining resources
