These projects included the delivery of cutting edge technology used in highly themed facilities, attractions, entertainment shows, rides. Staff and consultant numbers exceeded one hundred.

Managed the Design and Production team for the Tower of Terror attraction at Disney's California Adventure. Successfully developed and executed a $20M themed program which included the coordination of over 30 different disciplines on schedule and under budget featuring multiple prototypes and technologies.

Served as the Show & Ride Program Manager for all Ride Systems installed at Disney’s California Adventure Park. He managed and closed out dozens of ride and show systems contracts with minimal change. Directed and coordinated field installation teams for both Show and Ride programs and worked with Park and regulatory officials to certify the attractions for the State of California. As Close Out negotiator, recovered over $1 million resulting in an equal amount of saving for the project.

Managed multiple contracts for temporary and portable facilitites for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta Georgia.
