At AT&T, I earned five promotions and was recognized as the ‘Top Manager in South Texas’ for my ability to align sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and retail operations with organizational objectives. I also demonstrated resilience and innovation, leading efforts to implement curbside selling and coaching programs during the COVID-19 pandemic.At Siemens, my focus has expanded to include performance contracting, energy efficiency, and smart campus initiatives that integrate digital solutions with operational goals.
