Training Specialist Administration Supervisor

In my previous leadership role, I handled escalated inquiries from employees and vendors regarding Training Administration issues within the service level agreement. As a Supervisor of the Training Administration teams, I managed and administered learning courses available to all employees, including both internal and external classes. I coached and guided my staff to improve their performance, identified their training needs, and developed their technical and soft skills. I was accountable for meeting team performance goals and ensured a team environment that fostered customer service, teamwork, and accountability. I led efforts to improve service delivery continuously by monitoring and reviewing calls, case notes, and individual and team performance to identify areas for enhancement. My team used the Workday Learning Management System (LMS) to orchestrate the seamless integration and management of all complex training programs. This boosted the organization's learning outcome by providing the availability of diverse internal classes, external boot camps, and certification programs. My team also coordinated the training logistics with vendors, adjunct facilitators, and talent development (COE), while optimizing class assignments and managing performance assessments to meet strategic talent development goals. We facilitated training delivery, liaised with adjuncts and vendors, assessed and introduced new classes to the (COE), and analyzed performance data to refine and expand course effectiveness. In performing my duties, I utilized a range of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), including Workday, ServiceNow, Deltek, IValua, Integrify, MS Teams, and the entire Microsoft Suite. These tools were instrumental in managing and administering learning courses, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements.
