Other reoccurring tasks is forecast handling, analysing and follow-up.Here follows a few of the projects which I have worked on• Project led integration between our ERP system and 3rd party stock optimization system.• Developed S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and I´m continuously maintaining and improving it.• Helped to design logistics setup for new products at a new factory.• Co-established new KPIs for the Operations department as well as developed a data model for measuring them and saw to that they are fully automated.• Investigated business opportunities after lifted embargoes to Iran and how to overcome trade barriers• Identified the need of screening customers to stay compliant with international trade embargoes, evaluated different solutions from 3rd party screening companies, defined requirements to our IT department who built the integration.• Assisted in setting up a 3PL solution as well as the integration to our ERP system.
