I have been working in a technical environment since 2015. My role is that of a Capital Equipment Engineer with responsibilities such as maintaining, servicing and repairing medical equipment, managing stock internally and externally and developing and maintaining processes to manage preventative maintenance schedules. Recently, I have also been involved in a company wide project looking into asset management.My role has enabled me to visit multiple NHS sites developing strong relationships with NHS staff that I hope to enhance throughout my career.As of 2023, I was fortunate enough to complete a Level 3 engineering apprenticeship and I am currently undertaking a Level 4 apprenticeship in healthcare science specialising in biomedical engineering.Individually, I was nominated for an outstanding customer service award in 2023 underlining my strong customer centred approach to my work.
